Jimmy Fallon and Michelle Obama took us through The Evolution of Mom Dancing for the second time on Thursday night’s Tonight Show. The first time they did it was two years ago when he was still hosting Late Night.

Their hilarious take on the moves moms have on the dance floor, and off, are part of the First Lady’s "Let's Move!" campaign to promote the new #GimmeFive challenge.

Some of the moves include the “This Ol' Thing? I Got It at Talbots,” the “One Move Behind in Zumba Class," the “Trying to Start a Conga Line" and the “Can We Turn the AC Up?"

E! Online reports the last two were Fallon doing the “Barack Obama” as Mrs. Obama stood and watched with her arms crossed, then got even by doing the “Jimmy Fallon.”

Last month, Obama joined Ellen DeGeneres to promote Let’s Move by performing a dance routine to BrunoMars and Mark Ronson’s “Uptown Funk.”
