Kanye West and Kim Kardashian’s 1-year-old daughter, North West, got baptized in Israel on Monday following her parents’ trip to Armenia.
West, Kardashian and North’s aunt, Khloe Kardashian, arrived in Israel this morning on a private plane.
North got baptized at St. James Cathedral in the Armenian Quarter of the Old City of Jerusalem, Kim’s rep told E! News.
During their trip to their paternal family’s motherland, they met with the Prime Minister, visited the memorial site for Armenian genocide victims, and West even gave a free concert.
Kim and Khloe’s oldest sister, Kourtney, was supposed to join them on the trip but she backed out at the last minute and explained her reasoning on Instagram.
“I didn't end up going to Armenia because it was making me too anxious with three young children,” she wrote. “I do wish that I could have experienced the trip with my sisters but I do know that we will all go to Armenia together someday.”
