Kanye West has settled his paparazzi scuffle case with Daniel Ramos, who he was forced to apologize to as part of the terms of the agreement.

West was charged with assault, battery and negligence for attacking Ramos outside of LAX back in 2013. He plead no contest in 2014.

According to TMZ, West, who is currently on probation after being charged with the misdemeanor, also posed for an awkward photo with Ramos that features them shaking hands.

“We believe that this case sent an important message. Celebrities are not above the law, and they have no right to physically attack someone simply because they were asked a question,” Ramos’ lawyer, Gloria Allred, said in a statement.

Reuters reports West agreed to other unknown terms and the lawsuit was settled on Tuesday. The case will now be dismissed.
