Khloe Kardashian’s divorce from Lamar Odom might be dismissed by the court if she doesn’t take action soon. She first filed for divorce in Dec. 2013 but no new developments have happened since then.
Since Odom never replied to her divorce document, she would’ve had to file for a default divorce judgment. Since she never took action, the court is threatening to dismiss the case altogether.
According to TMZ, sources say Kardashian doesn’t want anything to do with the divorce, including filing paperwork or anything of that nature, and might just let it get dismissed.
Since their divorce is still up in the air, those involved with the sale of their $5.5 million home are just holding on to the money for now, unsure of who it goes to.
If she doesn’t make a move soon, the divorce case could be thrown out at the end of this month.
It was reported back in February that they had started talking again and were thinking of reconciling, but since then, Kardashian’s been seen out with her on-again, off-again boyfriend French Montana.
Kardashian has talked about the divorce on Keeping Up with the Kardashians and Kourtney & Khloe Take the Hamptons, saying if she had it her way, they would still be married.
