Just a few weeks after heading into rehab, Liza Minnelli has completed a program and is already planning to continue performing. The 69-year-old was also spotted out having a good time in West Hollywood over the weekend.
Back in March, Minnelli’s rep announced that she entered a treatment program at a center in Malibu. She was already a few days into the treatment when the announcement was made, so her rep added that she was making “excellent progress.”
Today, her rep confirmed to ABC News that she finished her treatment.
“Liza Minnelli has valiantly battled substance abuse over the years and whenever she has needed to seek treatment she has done so,” her spokesman, Scott Gorenstein, said last month.
According to Us Weekly, the Oscar winner was seen at Lisa Vanderpump’s PUMP restaurant on Sunday. She even signed autographs for fans.
Minnelli is a member of the EGOT club, thanks to her Oscar for Cabaret, four Tonys, an Emmy and an honorary Grammy award. She was recently seen in Netflix’s Arrested Development revival.
