Matt Lauer has struck again when it comes to his prank war with Ellen DeGeneres. He got three billboards installed around Los Angeles, which show the syndicated talk show host offering her plumbing services.
Lauer even plastered the number 1-844-Ellen-4-U on the signs, which brings callers to a recorded message where he tells everyone what a nice butt crack DeGeneres has.
Of course, DeGeneres had a sense of humor about it. She tweeted a photo of herself in front of one of the billboards and wrote, “Look what I saw on my way to work today. Good one, @MLauer. #MattsRevenge.”
On her show, she played the message for her audience and told them she doesn’t know “what I'm going to do” yet but she knows she’s going to “get him back” somehow.
DeGeneres was the one who started this prank war, by editing a Today segment Lauer did with Fifty Shades of Grey stars Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson, during which he’s dressed in a dominatrix outfit.
