Nikolaj Coster-Waldau of Game of Thrones fame will be staring in the upcoming thriller, Shot Caller.

The Wrap reported that Relativity is concluding negotiations to pick up distribution rights to the film.

Bold Films CEO Gary Michael Walters explained the involvement and commitment that Relativity media has shown towards this project. “We are very gratified by Relativity Studios’ wide release commitment to this gritty, authentic crime thriller. This commitment is a testament to the broad commercial appeal of this film and is a great platform for our international distribution activities," said Walters.

Variety added that Bold Films came onto the project a month ago.

Shot Caller will be directed by Roman Waugh. The story will focus on a new released prisoner who is forced by the leaders of his gang to orchestrate a major crime. The crime will cause problems between rival gangs that are colliding streets of Southern California
