Rosie O’Donnell’s estranged wife, Michelle Rounds, is speaking out about wanting full custody of their 2-year-old daughter Dakota.

O’Donnell revealed she was splitting from Rounds back in February, at the same time she revealed she was leaving The View.

“Right now she has 24/7 nannies over there at Rosie's house. I don't want my child to have a nanny,” Rounds told ETOnline. She also said Dakota would have a "healthier" life with her.

“I want her to be outside playing, I want to be with her. I want to go to all the parent conferences … and that's just not what it's about over there."

Rounds went on to say she’s so serious about gaining full custody of Dakota that she would forgo the money O’Donnell would be paying her in the divorce.

“I will walk away from the prenup if Rosie will give me full custody,” she said.

O’Donnell has posted a photo of their daughter on Instagram, with her raising her finger up in the air. The caption reads, “excuse me - do i get a vote?” Rounds’ reply was, "At two-and-a-half-years old, I'm not quite sure a child should be asked those questions."

O'Donnell's rep also told People this is just "an absurd and desperate attempt to use a child for her own gain."
