In last Friday’s episode of ‘Lost Girl’ another Fae murder has occurred that is connected to the string of murders in the so called “death cult.” It is up to the new team of Bo and Tamsin to go undercover to discover the culprit.
In the begging of the episode Bo wakes up from a vision of seeing Lauren with a jack in the box, but she’s in the bed with Tamsin (in this sort of are they or aren’t they) in a romantic relationship. In the next scene we see Detective Dyson and his new son arrive at the newest crime scene of a college footballer player beaten to death with a trisect symbol.
Dyson then brings the information to the ladies in the pub, along with Lauren. And that is when Bo decides to go undercover as a cheerleader, Tamsin is excited to be a cheerleader. However to add humor in this scene Dyson and Lauren both agree that Tamsin isn’t perky. She then tells Dyson to “suck her balls.”
When they arrive at the college Bo poses as a cheer scout recruiter, while Tamsin gleefully takes the role of a cheerleader and butts heads with the college’s head cheerleader. While Bo gets information on suspects from the only male cheerleader on the team. He sort of alludes that the linebacker and the quarterback did not get along. However at that moment the quarterback gets sacked by two players, and he miraculously recovers almost like he’s not human. This leads to Bo and Tam Tam to investigate the quarterback. Tamsin attempts to go the info from the QB but no success. So Bo calls in Lauren to find out if any of the players are Fae. One Fae we know to be evil makes an appearance at Trick’s bar, and is present when we find out when the QB is a descendent of Hercules.
Later in the episode Dyson deals with the wife of one of the people that were revived in the elevator crash in the pilot episode. Dyson also makes an appearance in finding more evidence at the male cheerleaders locker. However, later in the episode it, the QB comes out with his relationship with the male cheerleader, which clears him of the charges.
Back at the pub, the gang realizes who might be the culprits behind the murder. These so called Fae were watching the game from above. Bo confronts the Fae and realizes that she’s already met one of them. And then gets attacked by the head. Later on, it turns out these Fae are called the ancients, and a recognized as the Greek gods, Zeus, Hera, and Eris.
