Emma Stone and Bill Murray might not have a hit on their hands with Aloha, but it seems filming the movie in Hawaii was a great experience.
Stone revealed during a joint interview with another one of the film’s stars, Bradley Cooper, that Murray showered her with gifts on set.
She told Yahoo Movies UK he tried to make her feel better about having issues with acne while filming on a “daily basis.”
“He would bring me nice little presents,” she said. “Like he would go to a concert and bring me a keychain, or he would go to a store and bring me Maui Onion potato chips… a visor, some slippers. It was pretty sweet.”
Aloha, which centers on Cooper as a military contractor who played a major role in Hawaii’s space program and heads back to the state years later, hits theaters Friday. The film also stars Rachel McAdams, Alec Baldwin, John Krasinski and Danny McBride. Critics haven't been too kind about the film, so it likely won't take the box office by storm.
