In a sneak peak of the upcoming Keeping Up with the Kardashians: About Bruce special, delving further into Bruce Jenner’s transition, he and Kris Jenner reminisce about their 23-year marriage.
A clip was shown Thursday morning on the Today Show, showing the exes speaking separately on their lives together leading up to his major decision to become a woman.
“We had so much in common that it was kind of a match made in heaven,” she said of the early days of their relationship. “We went to races. We played golf. We went snow skiing. I mean, there wasn't anything we didn't do.”
Footage from the family’s archives was shown of events like their 1991 wedding and trips they’ve taken.
“We could not keep our hands off each other,” she added. Bruce also weighed in, praising Kris’ character and saying he loves her “to death.”
He also said her blessing on the transition means everything to him. “The love and acceptance I have gotten from Kris is absolutely overwhelming,” he said.
The two-part special will air on Sunday and Monday night.
