Chris Brown is reportedly involved in a child support battle with the mother of his daughter, Royalty.
Judging by his Instagram photos and public professions of love for his first child, it looks as if they have it all figured out. But sources are saying Brown and Nia Guzman are fighting over money.
TMZ reports the “Loyal” singer was paying her $2,500 a month in child support payments but he stopped paying them in March, the same month the baby news went public, when she started demanding $15,000 a month instead.
Guzman has lawyered up and will reportedly sue Brown for back child support payments and it’s rumored he will just settle out of court. The custody agreement they have in place is unknown.
In April, Brown confirmed he fathered a daughter, writing on Instagram “God has blessed me with my twin.” He even took her as his date to the Billboard Music Awards, carrying her on his hip as he posed for photos on the red carpet.
The child support payments aren’t the only headache in Brown’s life; he’s also in a Twitter feud with model Tyson Beckford over his ex-girlfriend, Karrueche Tran.
