Chris Brown was accused of punching a man in Las Vegas on Monday but all is now right in the singer’s legal world, as the battery case has since been dropped.

As we previously reported, the “Loyal” singer was accused of punching a man, who was treated for injuries at a local hospital, after an altercation on the basketball court. His publicist denied any involvement from the start.

According to The AP, the alleged victim has now withdrawn the complaint against Brown, which wipes the charges from records. Authorities have now confirmed they’ve dropped the case.

There’s no word on what type of injuries the man, who has not been identified, was treated for during his brief stay at Sunrise Hospital & Medical Center.

Brown’s publicist previously called the man an “unruly individual” who “showed up uninvited” in the singer’s suite, where he was playing basketball with friends. He “was removed from the premises. Chris was not in an altercation with this person."
