George Clooney is currently on a worldwide promotional tour for his new movie Tomorrowland, but during an interview on the Graham Norton Show his past film career was brought up. It turns out that Clooney is also not a fan of Batman & Robin.

KSL reported that during the interview Clooney was asked about the film and sincerely apologized. "I always apologize for 'Batman & Robin,’” said Clooney. He called the film a disaster and that he thought he had completely destroyed the Batman franchise.

Christopher Nolan brought the franchise back to life in 2005 with Batman Begins.

USA Today added that Tomorrowland has grossed over $40 million over the Memorial Day weekend box office. Tomorrowland is directed by Brad Bird and cost $180 million to make.

Coming in second place was Pitch Perfect 2 in its second week of release, making $38.5 million.
