Unlike their older sisters, Kendall and Kylie Jenner were born into the spotlight and a world of privilege. Kim Kardashian spoke about this in a new interview and revealed whether or not she's worried about them.

Kardashian sat down with Access Hollywood’s Billy Bush and talked about their upbringing.

“I think that is just their reality," comparing it to her daughter, North, with husband, Kanye West.

"But they know when things are normal. They know that all their friends aren't going on private jets. They know that they are growing up with a life of privilege, but they are super grounded and responsible,” she continued.

She went on to say that despite misconceptions, Kylie is being home schooled and she has one more year left.

“So perception can be reality and people assume maybe she's not in school because she's not posting about being in school all the time,” she said.

As for Kylie’s plastic surgery at age 17, Kardashian said she’s not worried about it because she knows the lip fillers are “where it stops.”’

"I saw how for so many years she was so insecure about it. I mean, at 10 years old, she would say to me, 'How come my lips aren't big like you guys?'” adding, “I think it changed her confidence so much."
