Kris Jenner has filed legal documents to trademark the name she has made famous – momager. She has made the word famous for being both the mom and manager of her famous daughters; Kourtney, Kim and Khloe Kardashian and Kendall and Kylie Jenner as well as her only son, Rob Kardashian.
If the courts grant Jenner permission to trademark the word, she can sue anyone who publicly refers to themselves as a “momager” as well.
TMZ reports she’s halfway there, because she’s already trademarked the word for her short-lived reality show Kris and personal management services.
The 59-year-old Keeping Up with the Kardashians star’s rep has confirmed the steps toward trademarking the name to People after months of rumors.
Meanwhile, this reportedly isn’t the only step Jenner is making towards making a profit off of her family’s names.
Her youngest daughters with ex-husband Bruce Jenner, Kendall and Kylie, have filed applications to trademark their first names so no one can use their names for profit or false advertising when it comes to personal appearances.
