Time will tell if Lindsay Lohan avoids arrest for failing to complete her community service hours. Prosecutors could have tried to get her probation revoked at a progress hearing this week for completing a fraction of the 125 hours she was ordered to redo.
When a judge ruled meet-and-greets with fans after her Speed-The-Plow performances were not valid for her community service hours, she was ordered to redo 125 hours.
Ahead of Thursday’s progress hearing, it was revealed Lohan had done less than 10 of those hours. Prosecutor Terry White wanted her probation revoked since it “doesn't appear she's taking it very seriously” and a new report shows just how low she’s making it a priority.
According to TMZ the less than 10 hours she has logged were done from her home, which will undoubtedly be brought up as suspect in court. She reportedly did work on the Facebook page of the community service organization she’s been working with.
It turns out White didn’t ask for an arrest warrant but the judge in her case did warn, "If Lindsay does not get this done by May 28th there will be consequences."
If she doesn’t log in the full amount of hours by May 28 she will definitely be going to jail.
