After three years together, Olympic skier Lindsey Vonn and professional golfer Tiger Woods have decided to call it quits.

Vonn announced the breakup via Facebook and said that the couple agreed to end their relationship. She added that she “will always cherish the memories that we've created together” and said that the reason for the split was because of their busy work schedules.

On his website, Woods posted a similar message and said that Vonn had been "amazing" with his two children and entire family.

For the golfer, this breakup was much more low key and not messy like his very public breakup with former wife Elin Nordegren.

He and the Swedish model’s blowout was the subject of extensive media coverage in 2009 when Nordegren learned of Woods' infidelity. He later publicly admitted to and apologized for his “transgressions.”

Nordegren filed for divorce, which was made official in 2010 and received a $100 million settlement.

The relationship with Vonn was Woods' first public one since his marriage ended.
