Modern Family star Ariel Winter took time away from her starring role on TV to attend her high school prom with her long time boyfriend, Laurent Claude Gaudette.
ABC News reported that Winter posted pictures before she attended the event on her Instagram account. She showed off her long embellished navy-blue gown and took pictures with her friends and family. Winter kept her hair down and curly for the night and looked stunning. In a picture with her father she wrote, "Dad saw me off to prom! #LoveHim."
Guadette was wearing a traditional black tux and the two matched perfectly in the pre-prom photos. Guadette had put together a "prom proposal" for Winter weeks earlier. Which included a surprise for Winter as she got pelted with flowers in a fun, loving way, The Huffington Post added.
She posted the video on her Instagram account of the proposal with the caption, "Got asked to prom with someone jumping out of a box pelting flowers at me and holding up a prom sign. I love you so much baby!"
In an interview with back in 2013 with Teen Vogue, Winter explained that she wanted to attend a school dance and was hoping that she would be asked.
