Prince Harry greeted fans in Sydney outside of the Opera House on Thursday, where he evaded a kiss on the lips from an eager woman in the crowd.
Victoria McRae did ask permission to give him a kiss “on the cheek,” but when he obliged and bent in to lend his cheek, she flipped the script and went for his lips instead.
Washington Post reports the royal had quick enough reflexes to move out of the way.
The crowd around McRae, who was wearing a crown, cheered and seemed to want a love connection. Someone can even be heard chanting “Kiss, kiss, kiss!”
Meanwhile, ABC.net reports Prince Harry talked about his newborn niece, Princess Charlotte, saying he has a lot of toys to bring back to her.
“I have been given a hell of a lot of cuddly toys from this morning and other things," he said. "So, yeah, I look forward to it. I am looking forward to meeting her. She is beautiful."
