Sofia Vergara might not have completely mastered the English language yet, but that’s likely what made her playing Catchphrase a whole lot more entertaining than usual.
The Modern Family star was on a team with Jimmy Fallon, while actor James Marsden and Fallon’s sidekick Steve Higgins were their opponents during Wednesday night’s Tonight Show.
Vergara told Fallon at the start he always makes her play “weird American games that I don’t know how to play,” later asking, “Can I say words in Spanish?”
EW reports when describing the words “Birthday suit” to Fallon, she told him it’s “what I sleep in” and “my outfit for sleeping.”
When Fallon guessed “flannel pajamas” and "lingerie" it got really funny from there. When the late night host couldn’t guess it, Vergara told him “I am not playing with you anymore!”
