Sadly, William T. Riker never got a spin-off series from Star Trek: The Next Generation, but a fan of Picard’s Number One finally gave him the show he deserved.

Last week, YouTube user Gazorra posted a one-minute, 47-second video that’s mostly just TNG clips of Riker, highlighting his womanizing ways. During the actual “show,” the Enterprise sees a really strange creature floating in space. The alien gives birth to a giant worm-like thing, which has Riker’s face. And Deanna Troi is very disappointed.

As The Verge points out, this video looks like the return of video editors Jan van den Hemel and Andrew Hussie. The two created dozens of TNG edits to highlight the often absurdity of the series. The Riker edit was their first in four years and many of their old videos - dating back to 2009 - are still available to see.

Apologies in advance if these videos take you away from your actual work.
