Star Wars: The Force Awakens opens in theaters on December 18, 2015 and the film has been covered in secrecy since production started but as the release draws closer, details are coming out.

Mashable reported that some members of the cast of The Force Awakens appeared on the cover of Vanity Fair. The picture which was shot by photographer Annie Leibovitz, was shown as a teaser for the June magazine.

The cover shot featured Harrison Ford, Daisy Ridley, John Boyega and the latest droid BB-8. Ford is reprising his role as Han Solo, Ridley is playing the new character Rey and Boyega will be portraying Finn. The cover also features a quote from Yoda which reads "In a dark place we find ourselves — a little more knowledge might light our way."

ComingSoon.net reported that the magazine explained that they will be releasing more videos and interviews from the cast.

Oscar Isaac, Andy Serkis, Domhnall Gleeson, Max von Sydow, Lupita Nyong’o and Gwendoline Christie also star in The Force Awakens.
