The first trailer for Bravo’s Real Housewives of Orange County’s tenth season has been released, showing a new cast member and a tragic moment in Vicki Gunvalson’s life.
Of course, there was no shortage of goofiness and petty drama, but there’s one heart-wrenching part that Gunvalson did not enjoy re-living on Sunday.
Gunvalson is seen getting a phone call that her mother died, after which she collapses on her kitchen floor.
"It's the most terrible thing to have to re-live again ... Especially on Mother's Day," she tweeted in response to a fan.
Gunvalson’s mother passed away in February. At the time, she posted a loving tribute to her on Instagram along with a photo.
“My amazing, beautiful and strong mother passed on and is now with the love of her life my father in heaven,” she wrote. “I am who I am today, because of her. An amazing cook, organized, bold personality and had a sense of style and fashion that I adored. I miss you so much mommy!”
The newest addition to the cast is MLB star, Jim Edmonds’ wife Meghan King Edmonds, who doesn’t seem to get along with most of the women. There’s also accusations that Gunvalson’s boyfriend, Brooks Ayers, is lying about having cancer.
