The Terminator is back… to prank some fans.
Arnold Schwarzenegger surprised unsuspecting wax museum goers at the Madame Tussauds gallery in Hollywood by pretending to be his own wax figure.
Before heading to the wax museum, Schwarzenegger geared up in his iconic Terminator costume and makeup and walked the streets of Hollywood. He interacted with fans and other Terminator impersonators and even said his famous “I’ll be back” line, notes Entertainment Weekly.
Guests approached the “wax figure” to have their picture taken with it, completely unaware that it was the famous actor. He had most guests fooled with his disguise and impress ability to stand still.
One woman can even be heard commenting on how realistic the waxwork looks, which prompted Schwarzenegger to reveal his true identity and say, “I am real.”
So why did Schwarzenegger do this amazing stunt? This was all part of the actor’s efforts to raise awareness for the After-School All-Stars charity, which provides after-school programs for children that aim to keep them safe and help them succeed.
He has teamed up with the charity to promote his new film Terminator Genisys with the chance for fans to join him at the film’s premiere.
