Here’s your “awwww” moment of the day. Chris Pratt took some time out from his busy schedule to visit the Our Lady of the Lake Children’s Hospital in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. While there, he played with some of the patients, posing for pictures and even recreating his now-famous Jurassic World stance.
In one of the photos the hospital shared, Pratt is seen recreating the scene in World where he is calming down the Velociraptors. Except this time, he had children to calm down instead of dangerous carnivores.
“Our patients were all smiles and we are so thankful to Chris for lifting their spirits by visiting and handing out Jurassic World goodies,” the hospital staff said in a statement. “Thanks to Children's Miracle Network Hospitals for coordinating such a special visit!”
The pose from World is now known as #pratting on Twitter and countless others have posted pictures of themselves calming down real animals or even real people.
Pratt is currently in Louisiana to film Antoine Fuqua’s Magnificent Seven remake, which will also feature Denzel Washington and Ethan Hawke. The Guardians of the Galaxy star has been kind enough to donate his time to children in hospitals in the past, famously visiting hospitals in Seattle and Boston after the Super Bowl with Chris Evans.
