While French drivers were protesting Uber in Paris, actress/singer Courtney Love was stuck in the middle of it and even live-tweeted the attack on her car that was taking her from the airport.

Earlier today, Love tweeted a picture of her car’s smashed-in window, directing it to Kanye West for some reason. “Dude @kanyewest we may turn back to the airport and hide out with u.picketers just attacked our car #ParisUberStrike,” she wrote.

In her next message, Love suggested that she would have been safer in Baghdad and is stunned that this would happen in France. “François Hollande where are the f**king police???” she wrote, calling out the French president. “Is it legal for your people to attack visitors? Get your ass to the airport. Wtf???”

She said that she and her driver ended up paying motorcyclists to take them from the area. As they left, taxi drivers threw rocks at them. Police stood by and did nothing.

Love also shared photos on Instagram of the motorcyclists who helped her. She also posted a video she claims shows an argument outside her car.

As The Hollywood Reporter notes, there have been several protests throughout France. In Cannes, where celebrities have gathered for the Cannes Lions Festival, drivers blocked parts of downtown and access to the Nice airport.
