On the day the world saw the first photos of Caitlyn Jenner comments from fellow celebrities were mostly positive, but not everyone was so accepting.
Case in point is singer and songwriter Drake Bell, who as Billboard noted, decided to take to Twitter and say that he would still use the name Bruce instead of Caitlyn.
"Sorry....still calling you Bruce,” the former Nickelodeon actor tweeted.
However, Bell began to receive tons of backlash in the Twitterverse for that tweet and ended up deleting it after a short time.
As previously reported, Bruce Jenner was featured as Caitlyn for the first time publicly on the cover of Vanity Fair.
In the interview Caitlyn explained the need to come out with the truth saying, she “doesn’t have any secrets” but Bruce was “always living a lie.”
Members of the Kardashian-Jenner clan posted their support of the photos via social media as did many Hollywood stars including Lady Gaga, Sam Smith and Azealia Banks.
