Jake Lloyd, known for his role as the young Anakin Skywalker in the Star Wars prequel Episode I — The Phantom Menace, was arrested after leading cops on a high-speed chase last week.
Lloyd 26, was arrested in South Carolina after leading cops on the chase for 25 miles, Colleton County Sheriff's Sgt. Kyle Strickland confirmed on Sunday.
NBC News reports cops were tipped off to Lloyd recklessly driving and when they found him to pull him over, he would not stop the car.
"He starts passing cars on the double yellow line. He's going head on into oncoming traffic,” Strickland explained.
He hit 100mph and over and when cops finally arrested with him after crashing into a fence, he didn’t appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
The AP reports he was still in jail as of Sunday and charged with reckless driving among other charges.
