More of Holly Madison’s life inside the Playboy mansion as Hugh Hefner’s girlfriend is revealed through excerpts from her memoir Down the Rabbit Hole: Curious Adventures and Cautionary Tales from a Former Playboy Bunny. She lived there from 2001 to 2008 and she’s now making it clear it was a misery.

Hefner has since responded to her harsh words since the excerpts started hitting the media, saying in a statement she has “chosen to rewrite history in an attempt to stay in the spotlight.”

Daily News reports she spoke a lot about their sex life, or lack thereof, writing in her early days in the mansion the girls would all join Hefner in his bedroom as he pleasured himself and they pretended to have sex in the dark.

She remembered the other girls being relieved she was there to take the pressure off of them, with one saying, “Heeeef ... don’t you want to be with the new girl?”

Madison wrote she and one other new girl, Candace, had sex with him for the first time one night after clubbing. “It was so brief that I can’t even recall what it felt like beyond having a heavy body on top of mine,” she wrote.

“By the time I was able to wrap my head around what was happening, Hef had already moved on to Candice, then to a few of his actual girlfriends before finishing himself off as he always did,” she continued. “Needless to say, for me, sex was never the highlight of the relationship.”

She also wrote of the playmates’ cocaine and crystal meth use behind Hefner’s back and the mansion’s deterioration.
