Josh Duggar gave thanks to his father, Jim Bob Duggar, on Father’s Day in a video he posted following the media’s criticism of the Duggar patriarch for not reporting his son’s sexual misconduct case against his sisters soon enough.
Some of Jim Bob’s 19 children; Josh, Jackson, James, Johannah, Jason, Jed, Jessa and Jill, paid tribute to their dad in messages posted to their family website, where Josh talked about the “hard times” during the video he made.
“I can just also think of all the moments where you've been there for us through the hard times and through the good times,” he said in the video. “I know that your investment in each one of our lives is priceless and we're so grateful for you,” E! Online reports.
Josh’s pregnant wife, Anna, added in, “Thank you for raising such an awesome husband."
It's been a month since Josh's sexual abuse scandal went public and TLC still hasn't made an official decision about the future of the family's show 19 Kids and Counting. It's been rumored a spin-off is being considered, which will focus on Jill and Jessa and their news lives as mothers.
