Rapper Ludacris and his wife Eudoxie Mbouguiengue announced the birth of their daughter via Instagram on Thursday.

The photo posted to Mbouguiengue’s Instagram account showed a picture of the couple’s dog and a pink baby girl balloon with a caption underneath that read, "She is here #blessed #grateful."

Ludacris then posted an adorable photo of Mbouguiengue and her mother. He captioned it “#tbt now @eudoxie will be switching places. #blessings #love #life.”

Sources told E! News that the Furious 7 star and his wife named their daughter Cadence Gaëlle Bridges.

"She was 7 lbs, 4oz and beautiful like her mom. Her middle name means ‘a father's joy.’”

As previously reported, Ludacris and Mbouguiengue secretly married in December and announced that they were expecting a few months later. She is a Gabonese model and founder of the organization Unspoken Angels, which is dedicated to supporting, educating and empowering women in the United States and West Africa.

This is the first child for her and the third for Ludacris. The 37-year-old has two daughters Karma, 14, and Cai Bella, 1, from previous relationships.
