There seems to be no end to the drama surrounding Nick Gordon and Bobbi Kristina Brown.
Gordon is being sued for $10 million by Bobbi Kristina’s conservator Bedelia Hargrove, who filed a civil lawsuit against Gordon on Wednesday accusing him of assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress and stealing money from the twenty-two-year-old without her authorization, reports USA Today.
“I filed this lawsuit to pursue justice on behalf of Bobbi Kristina Brown. No human being, male or female, should endure what Bobbi Kristina endured,” Hargrove said in an official statement. “This lawsuit represents our collective efforts to get justice for Bobbi Kristina. We pray that justice will be done for her and that it will be swift.”
According to the lawsuit, Gordon regularly transferred funds from Brown’s account to his account. He reportedly stole $11,000 from Brown’s account while she was in a coma after being found unresponsive facedown in her bathtub on Jan. 31.
Gordon was able to do so after he “assumed the position of Brown’s boyfriend” in 2014 and “perpetuated the fraud that he had married Brown, though in face he never did so,” the lawsuit states. Using this “misrepresentation,” Gordon controlled Brown socially and limited whom she could interact with and even if she could make appointments or not.
The court documents also say that he was physically and emotionally abusive. He allegedly dragged Bobbi Kristina “upstairs by her hair” and punched her in the face, knocking her front tooth out.
This shocking lawsuit comes hours Bobbi Kristina’s family announced she will be moved to hospice care and “her condition has continued to deteriorate.”
"We thank everyone for their support and prayers,” The Houston-Brown family said. “She is in God's hands now."
