Olivia Munn showed off some of her swordplay skills on Instagram this weekend and her famous boyfriend, Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers, is also taking some lessons. It doesn’t look like he’s getting the hang of it though.
While Munn easily swings the sword around, Rodgers is standing behind her, struggling a bit to use his stick.
Munn likely took sword training, since she is joining the X-Men universe. In April, director Bryan Singer announced that she was cast to play Psylocke. She replaces Mei Melancon, who played the character briefly in X-Men: The Last Stand.
You can see how well Munn learned to use a sword in X-Men: Apocalypse, which Fox is releasing on May 27, 2016. She was also recently seen on The Newsroom and in Mortdecai. She’ll also be seen in Ride Along 2 with Kevin Hart and Ice Cube.
As for Rodgers, he won’t have much use for a sword when the Packers open up the 2015 season against the Chicago Bears in September.
