Tara Reid has already survived two Sharknados and is about to face a third. But in between, she has to face an even bigger danger - a Mosquitonado.
Terminix managed to recruit Reid for two shots in its new commercial, a trailer for Mosquitonado. It’s kind of like Sharknado, except with more annoying mosquitos attacking. Sure, they won’t bite your head off, but they will leave you itching.
“In a sharknado, you're getting limbs bit, you're gonna die. In a mosquitonado, you can handle it,” Reid said in an interview about the commercial, notes People. “So, I guess … a mosquitonado in a certain way because more likely in a sharknado, you're probably gonna die. In a mosquitonado you're gonna just really itch.”
The commercial is timed with the upcoming Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No!, which airs on SyFy on July 22. Reid stars in the film again, to help Ian Ziering survive another shark-themed storm. This time, the sharknado hits Washington DC. They will probably need something a bit stronger than bug spray to keep the sharks away.
