It's an interesting day when one casually look ups into the sky and sees a man in a lawn chair flying through the sky with 110 balloons.

Daniel Boria from Calgary, Alberta decided to try the Up like stunt in order to promote his cleaning-products company. A bunch of his friends joined in to help him out.

The only problem is, he is now facing charges from the police, reports E Online.

When the balloons started to get too high, Boria simply somersaulted out of the chair and parachuted down. As for the chair and the balloons, the whereabouts are still unknown.

Once on the ground, Boria needed to receive medical attention due to his injured ankle, but other than that he was ok.

“I rose to a certain altitude and the winds got pretty intense. I was somersaulting out of the chair and it felt like minus 30. I watched below as the stampede and my dream drifted away,” comments Boria.

BBC reports that Boria has been charged with one count of mischief causing danger to life and one count of mischief to property under $5,000.

“It’s the first time I’ve seen anything like it in my career,” said one of the inspectors. “I usually see it on those crazy shows on TV of what not to do.”

Boria was released on bail on Monday.
