Comedy Central has been absolutely on fire lately with dozens of hit shows, and one of their most popular comedies has just been picked up for two more seasons.
According to Variety, Comedy Central has renewed Workaholics for two more seasons. Season 6 and 7 will both consist of ten episodes, with Season 6 beginning in January.
Workaholics revolves around three friends who work together and are constantly goofing off, both during and after work hours. It stars Blake Anderson, Adam Devine and Anders Holm, and the three actors also co-created the show. It's been doing very well for Comedy Central in recent years, especially with men from 18 to 34.
This isn't the only show that Comedy Central has renewed lately, with the network recently ordering three more seasons of South Park, as we previously reported.
The network that a decade ago only really had a few hit shows is now home to some of the best comedies on the air right now. In addition to South Park and Workaholics, there's also Nathan For You, Inside Amy Schumer, Broad City, Review, Key and Peele, Drunk History, @midnight, and of course The Daily Show.
Workaholics will return for its sixth season in January.
