Comedian D.L. Hughley didn’t hold back when it comes to his opinion on Caitlyn Jenner accepting the Arthur Ashe Courage Award at the ESPYs this week, comparing her to Robin Williams’ Mrs. Doubtfire character and also saying she looks like a gym teacher.

Hughley was on a New York City street on Thursday when he ran into a TMZ cameraman, who asked his thoughts on Jenner’s award.

“I think that it's named after Arthur Ashe," he said. "Arthur Ashe from Richmond, Virginia, a symbol of courage. He fought [a] segregated South, a very segregated profession, he fought AIDS with dignity and honor, and Caitlyn Jenner put on a dress. I don't think it's the same thing."

He went on to say he would’ve chosen Lauren Hill as the recipient of the award, adding “Arthur Ashe and Caitlyn Jenner have very little in common.”

Hughley then compared her to “Mrs. Doubtfire,” criticizing the media for calling Jenner beautiful but saying Serena Williams looks like a man.

“That was a little weird to me. The man looks like a woman, but the woman looks like a man. That's ridiculous,” he said. “Serena Williams is the most beautiful thing I've ever seen on a tennis court, and Bruce Jenner looks like every PE teacher I ever had."
