Kate Moss and her husband of four years, Jamie Hince, have reportedly split. They have been having problems for half of the duration of their marriage, so friends aren’t surprised.
Their problems are rumored to stem from the supermodel’s jealousy of Hince’s friendships with other women.
“They are properly over as a married couple. It’s gone past the point of no return,” a source told The Sun. “Jamie’s just waiting for Kate to move forward with divorce proceedings.
Moss and Hince got married in 2010, with Moss wearing a John Galliano dress. Sources at the time said Moss was not happy with Hince choosing his The Kills bandmate, Alison Mosshart, as his best (wo)man, which caused tension during the wedding.
AceShowBiz reports at Moss’ birthday party in 2013, she pushed Hince’s friend Lady Mary Charteris in the pool just for talking to him.
The source continued, “Jamie’s been clear that they’ve not been close for a long time. She’s always been beyond jealous about his female friends and he was sick of it.”
