Kendall Jenner may be starring in an upcoming Fendi campaign, but it seems as though her Instagram followers and fans of the high-fashion brand are not happy with this.
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians reality star posted pictures that were taken by Chanel creative director, Karl Lagerfeld himself, to preview the campaign. Very quickly, Jenner was blasted with negative comments criticizing the shot, calling it "cheap" and "horrible."
According to SugarScape, the negative feedback had only gotten worse over time.
"There is no tension in her body. She just stands there. It really bugs me. It's almost the 50th anniversary of Karl at Fendi and this is no way to celebrate. That house deserves more and Kendall deserves nothing. She's not a model. Period," one Instagram user wrote.
Another followed up by criticizing the 19-year-old's looks, saying, "The make-up doesn't suit her... needs someone with cheekbones!!"
It didn't stop just there. "Great collection ruined by a horrible campaign and a bad model," someone continued.
Even with the mean comments, the reality star still earned over one million likes on the photo.
Jenner has not seemed phased by the comments. She continued to post another picture from the campaign and received 941 thousand likes.
Jenner and Lagerfeld have not commented on the negative feedback for the anniversary campaign.
