Meg Ryan is back and looks better than ever.

The film icon made a rare public red carpet appearance during Paris Fashion Week on Monday looking beyond fabulous, notes E! News.

Ryan attended the Schiaparelli Haute Couture Fall/Winter 2015-2016 show, where she was seated in the front row, wearing a show stopping sleek, body-hugging black dress and strappy black heels.

This marks Ryan’s first public appearance in over a year. Cameras last spotted the actress on the 41st Annual Chaplin Award Gala red carpet in April 2014.

Ryan has tried to her best to stay off the radar. She’s usually spotted in hats and sunglasses to keep from being recognized on the street, notes Elle.

Back in 2008, Ryan admitted how much she loves her privacy in an interview with InStyle.

“I have gotten to do what I guess I secretly wanted to do," the star said. "Be totally under the radar and live my life."

Ryan’s next appearance is going to be on the big screen. The actress is currently working on the movie Ithaca, which is based off the novel The Human Comedyby William Saroyan. The film features an all-star cast including Tom Hanks, Melanie Griffith and Ryan’s son Jack Quaid. https://twitter.com/GlamourMagUK/status/618399070285991936 Ithaca is set to release in December 2015.
