After a topless photo of Charlotte McKinney was posted to her Instagram account the model claimed that she did not release it and was actually hacked.

McKinney’s rep told TMZ that the 23-year-old is a victim of hacking for the second time.

"Charlotte has once again become a victim of hacking. It is disgusting someone does this and hopefully laws will change to protect people from these cyber attacks."

The photo was posted was on Wednesday and taken down on Thursday. It was accompanied by a caption insinuating that McKinney intentionally posted it after a night of drinking.

In addition to her rep, McKinney herself also said that her privacy was invaded and called the person behind it “disgusting.”

The Florida native competed on season 20 of Dancing with the Stars, but is best known for her appearance in a Carl’s Jr. commercial which aired during Super Bowl XLIX. The ad showed her walking through a farmer’s market looking at items strategically placed over her body parts and then eating a burger in bikini.
