NeNe Leakes announced she would be leaving Real Housewives of Atlanta earlier this week and she’s now opening up about her exit.
As we previously reported, Leakes is leaving the Bravo show after seven seasons.
Leakes, who we’ve watched get separated then remarried to her husband Gregg Leakes, become a grandmother and participate in countless fights over her time on the show, told People she doesn’t know if the show can make it without her.
"I don't know if the show will survive without me. I hope so,” she said. “It will just have a little bit of a different tone without me there, for sure."
Andy Cohen proved there’s no hard feelings when he took to Twitter on Monday to say, “We love @NeNeLeakes & she is always welcome back to the house she helped build! She's a Real Housewife forever!!”
As we previously reported, Leakes won’t be leaving Bravo for good, because she’s getting a spin-off show with Kim Zolciak called The Road to Riches.
