The latest bombshell in the Duggar-family molestation scandal is that another victim, who is not a family member, is expected to file a lawsuit against Josh Duggar.

In Touch magazine reported that a non-family member is expected to file a civil suit against the disgraced Duggar.

A suit could force Josh and his parents to testify about the molestation scandal and reveal details that they have not divulged including any coverup. It could also bring to light the names of those in the community who knew about it as well.

“All the church elders who knew about this will have to be named,” a source said.

TLC pulled the family’s popular 19 Kids and Counting reality show off the air after scandal broke. The network has not yet made a decision on the show's future.

Four of Josh’s molestation victims are his siblings. As previously reported, Jill and Jessa Duggar admitted to the abuse in an interview last month, however, the sisters defended him by saying that anyone calling him a pedophile or child molester was going too far.
