Sen. Lindsey Graham definitely has a sense of humor, especially when it comes to Donald Trump. The Republican South Carolina Senator has made his distaste for The Donald clear, so he took out his frustrations on his cell phone.
Graham has to get a new cell phone after Trump gave out his real cell phone number during a campaign stop in Graham’s home state. First, Graham tweeted, “Probably getting a new phone. iPhone or Android.”
However, someone in his campaign must have decided that this was too good an opportunity to give up. They had to take another dig at Trump and teamed up with the conservative site IJReview.com to create a new video. In it, Graham is seen destroying his famous flip phone, which is surprisingly hard to destroy.
At the end, Graham says, “Of if all else fails, you can always give your number to The Donald.” Then, before throwing the phone, he said, “This is for all the veterans,” likely a dig at Trump’s comments on Arizona Sen. John McCain.
Sadly for Graham, he might not be able to take on Trump on the debate stage. According to The Washington Post, his low poll numbers mean that he probably won’t qualify for the first debate in Ohio on Aug. 6.
