WWE has erased all mentions of WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan's existence from its website. There is speculation that the company may be cutting ties with him before an even bigger story breaks.

According to The Wrestling Observer, the only thing confirmed at the moment is that the company’s web department were told to remove all Hogan references as from its site soon as possible.

Hogan’s WWE Hall of Fame page and all of his merchandise from the company’s online shop have all been completely removed from the WWE’s site. Hogan had also been a judge on the current season of the WWE produced wrestling competition show, Tough Enough, but that deal is all but done after this.

While much is unknown at the moment, there are rumors swirling that this may be a result of a video him going on a racial tirade possibly being leaked of soon, however there is no confirmation. But whatever happened would have to have been serious for the company to completely dissociate itself from the legendary superstar.

The only other instance of the WWE scrubbing a performer from its history books was back in 2007 when superstar, Chris Benoit, committed double murder, suicide that ended his and his family's life.

After news broke, Hogan took to Twitter and left a cryptic message to his followers.

WWE has yet to release a statement.
