We are at the halfway point of the game. Julie welcomes us to the live show where tonight the ‘Celly’ showmance will come to an end. This also makes me think that The Sixth Sense is 100% dead.

Day 47. ‘Celly’ looks devastated after the POV Meeting. They have their cuddle time and want to enjoy their last few days together. James is targeting Shelli this week. He hopes that his crew will send her out. James talks with Austin about what they said about him. Austin is working with the twins and Vanessa. They are pissed that ‘Celly’ revealed TSS alliance and now they all must decide who to get out.

Vanessa talks with Shelli about keeping the target off her back. Vanessa tells Shelli she will campaign for her. They are tying to keep the alliance alive apparently. Shelli goes and tries to apologize to the rest of the alliance. It seems that this group wants to keep Shelli over Clay. She is a better strategist and game player.

It took 47 days but we finally see the first kiss between Clay and Shelli. Liz comes out and there goes the magical moment. Oh ‘Celly.’ James meets with pretty much the rest of the house and makes it clear that he wants Shelli out. It is a split. The Sixth Sense wants Clay out, while everybody else seems to side with James. It is literally split down the middle. Vanessa is a wildcard. James and Jackie know that the room was split. I think the best move is to send out Shelli. She is the better player. This could blow up Vanessa’s game…big time.

The twins debate who they should target. I’ve been waiting for this all season. I enjoy this show much more when the house is uncertain rather than everyone working together. The Sixth Sense keeps going back and forth on who to keep and who to evict. I honestly have no clue who is going home.

We visit with ‘The Hitmen’ from Big Brother 16. Derrick and Cody were my favorites from last season. Derrick won last season and Cody was the runner-up. Derrick likes Johnny Mac and James. They think that James lied right to ‘Celly’ was a great move. They are shocked by the guys throwing away their games for the girls. I think ‘The Hitmen’ would dominate this season.

It is time for the live vote and eviction. This should be the closet vote yet. Shelli already looks ready to cry. A noble move where Clay tells the house to vote him out and save Shelli. The emotions are already high. Vanessa and Meg are the first two votes and they both send out Clay. It looks like Clay is going home. I was wrong. This vote is not close at all. Clay is evicted by a unanimous 9-0 vote. Clay gets a great reaction when he comes outside to talk with Julie.

Clay truly loves this girl. He thinks this a real thing that is going to happen outside the house with Shelli. He wishes her the best and hopes she can win the game. The final message between ‘Celly’ brings on tears from both sides. Julie brings up the Meg situation. Clay says she has had a fair amount of “showmances” in the house.

It is time to crown a new HOH. We find out that every person from now on will be sent to the jury house. James has to sit out and watch and see who gets the power. This competition is called “Midway Mayhem.” Each HG has to fill up a funnel full of gas and transfer it across the yard into their gas tank. Each tank has three checked balls inside. They can choose to be HOH and end the game, take $5,000 or choose to never be a Have-Not again. It is possible to get all three. I like it. We have our second straight endurance competition. The Sixth Sense is trying to gain the power back while we know that James is pulling for either Jackie or Meg.

We find out next Thursday night is our first DOUBLE EVICTION of the season. Those are the best. You have an entire week of Big Brother in one night.

Who will win the next HOH and have the power in the house?

Random thoughts from tonight’s episode:

I always think The Sixth Sense alliance is done and then they find a way to come back.

I like the #BBSoundOff. We see Mama Da again. She is pulling for Jackie to win.

The house is split with several alliances. I love it. Austin & The Twins; Meg/James/Jackie; Vanessa & Austin; The Sixth Sense? Confusion in the house. It makes this show great.

It was great to see ‘The Hitmen’ I’m glad to see they are still great friends.

Steve is so strange…yet he keeps hanging around this game.

I hope the rest of the HOH competitions are either endurance or mental. I would like to see either Johnny Mac or Becky win HOH.

If you were drinking tonight and watching Big Brother, you have two shots for Johnny Mac yelling and Shelli cried so much tonight….to be safe lets just say four shots for her.
