Three more women, including an actress who appeared on The Cosby Show, came forward to accuse Bill Cosby of sexually assaulting them. The women gave graphic detail of their alleged encounters with the comedian during a press conference this afternoon with attorney Gloria Allred.
The women were identified as Linda Ridgeway Whitedeer, Colleen Hughes and Eden Tirl, reports TheWrap. Hughes and Whitedeer both said their encounters with Cosby took place during the 1970s. Tirl claimed she met Cosby when she taped a 1989 episode of The Cosby Show.
Hughes said she was working as an American Airlines flight attendant in the early 1970s and met Cosby on a flight to Los Angeles. Cosby “flirted” with her during the flight and asked her to meet him for lunch in Beverly Hills afterward.
The two went to her hotel room first so she could change and shower. After emerging from the bathroom, she saw that Cosby ordered food and champagne. Cosby offered her a drink and tried to hold her hand. She then work up hours later with semen all over her body. A year after the incident, she met Cosby on a flight again and he was concerned that she would report the incident. Hughes said that she told Cosby she didn’t.
According to Entertainment Tonight, Whitedeer said that she was not drugged. The actress, who was in 1972’s The Mechanic, said Cosby assaulted her in a director’s office. She claimed that Cosby tried to force his penis into her mouth.
Tirl said that her incident took place in a Cosby Show dressing room.
These are the first three women to come forward after 35 other accusers did interviews with New York Magazine to give their full stories. Forty-six women in total have accused Cosby of sexually assaulting them, but Cosby has never been charged with a crime.
Cosby is still facing legal challenges, though, with Judy Huth’s sexual assault lawsuit recently moving forward in California. He was ordered to give a deposition in that case. Huth has accused Cosby of assaulting her while she was a teen at the Playboy Mansion in 1974.
