Caitlyn Jenner continues to feel the after effects of the fatal car crash she was involved in, which killed Kim Howe.

The I Am Cait star, who might face vehicular manslaughter charges, is about to be sued for $18.5 million.

TMZ reports Howe’s estate was sued for that same amount, by the five victims she hit when Jenner’s car pushed her into oncoming traffic. The five victims, who were all in the same Hummer, will file an identical lawsuit against Jenner claiming negligence.

The vehicular manslaughter case is now in the district attorney’s hands and Jenner could face up to a year in jail if convicted.

“My heartfelt and deepest sympathies go out to the family and loved ones, and to all of those who were involved or injured in this terrible accident,” Jenner said in a statement after the crash. “It is a devastating tragedy, and I cannot pretend to imagine what this family is going through at this time. I am praying for them. I will continue to cooperate in every way possible.”

Howe’s stepchildren also filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Jenner.
