While the Westboro Baptist Church still thinks they are relevant, the Foo Fighters made sure to show them exactly what they thought when they brilliantly rickrolled the notorious church known for protesting just about anything they don’t agree with, which is almost everything.

Billboard reported that protestors had arrived to target a concert being held by the Foo Fighters at the Spring Center in Kansas City on Friday. However, the band was having none of it and they rickrolled the protestors.

Arriving in a pickup truck, the band played the 1987 song “Never Gonna Give You Up” by Rick Astley. They also held up signs that included both “You Got Rick Roll’d Again” and “Keep It Clean” while Dave Grohl clapped to the song playing. Cheering fans were delighted at the events occurring.

In 2007, the term Rickrolling took social media by storm when the song’s video was used so users could fool other people by playing the clip for them.

One person who took part in the Rick Rolling said this was “going on my f***ing resume.”

The protestors have attempted to protest the Foo Fighters before, which they tried to do back in September 2011 at a concert in Kansas City. At the time, the band sang “Think I’m in the mood for some hot-man muffins” to fire back at them.
